Since establishment in 1979 we have moved premises and grown to over 24,000 sq. ft of factory space. Fully equipped with the latest in CNC machinery, veneering, polishing & spraying facilities. With an in house CAD setting out & technical design department who work closely with architects and designers to provide full technical services.

Adams Joinery Ltd supply specialist joinery and site management to meet the programme requirements of fast-track projects while maintaining high quality standards required by today’s client.

This Monday morning we return to our Koto Starburst Veneered Doors.

These doors are being machined on our 5 axis SCM CNC machine. We will be drilling hinges and machining cut outs for the selected ironmongery.

Our CNC operator Harry is putting in final checks and developing a suitable machining strategy to ensure accuracy across all doors. Studying both the technical drawings and CNC programs to identify any possible causes for concern.

Check out our brand new Holzher SPRINT 1329 Multi Edge ba**er!

The SPRINT 1329 operates with a fully digital NC servo-axes, guaranteeing precise positioning with 100% repetition accuracy.

Below you will find both PVC and hardwood edging examples. The SPRINT gives us the ability to achieve super fast edge applications up to 12mm thick and 60mm wide.

Today we are checking in with our Senior Bench Joiner Paul.

He is currently in the process of constructing this Breakout Worktop. Relaying how important the setting out is to ensure accuracy throughout. This project consists of European Oak Veneered panels accompanied with solid oak edgings to form the perfect combination.

Worktops to be finished in an Olive green linoleum.
