You design it we create! A oak sleeper taken from rough sawn lumber to a smooth beam with character and a nice oak surround to go around this concrete slab to finish the edging of the tiles, lastly skirting finished into the oak to finish the look ✔️🤘

Job coming along nicely. A lot of preparation was needed for this hallway as we had areas back to bare brick, original mouldings around the windows that needed to be re-made to match the original look which was a bit of a head scratcher but jigs made and mouldings re-formed, everything fully re-plastered we could then move on to the more exciting parts of the job. New handrails and spindles over three floors keeping the existing 1900 century newel post downstairs, hand rail for character and the newel at the top of the first floor everything else is new and stained to customers colour choice. Before the two upper floors had solid banisters not allowing any light from the lovely feature windows, making the hallway dark. Now with the edwardian spindles the hallway is flooded with light and really makes the hallway pop. We are not finished yet but keep posted for the finished job once fully painted.
