💚YOUR REMINDER TO LOVE YOURSELF MORE…💚

Not our usual kind of post, but something that we wanted to touch on - in hopes we can help someone else with our knowledge💚

It’s super easy to get caught up in the rush and to forget to care for yourself and support your own development, especially when everything else in life can be pretty overwhelming.
We’ve had a pretty hard few weeks ourselves, adjusting to new ways of life, a new job, and watching ourselves slowly slip away from the shop - it’s been really hard to maintain a focus when we’ve had so much going on with ourselves as real people, not just Team BFB. But it’s been easy just to watch it happen and let life sweep us up with all the chaos…

Sometimes you have to put yourself first, love yourself first & nurture your own well-being and growth as much as it is your plants, after all you’re basically a big one with complicated emotions 🤷🏼‍♀️
Get your water intake, feed yourself well, exercise and enjoy the sunshine and treat yourself with the love and respect you treat your plant babies. Because that is the only way for you too to grow! Little habits make big changes…

Sending all the love and positive vibes we have your way, at the start of this very dark season. We can’t wait to be back to BFB with all the might we have💚
