Few pics from a leaking shower I worked on recently. The leak was on to the living room ceiling. I made a small hole initially, using my inspection camera to check it was in the correct place, I then cut a hole in the ceiling and repaired the leak. I advised the customer to consider buying an access panel when repairing the ceiling, to allow for easier access should any problems arise in the future.

A big job from a few weeks ago to free up vital space for a kitchen renovation the customer is planning.
Relocated and installed a new boiler from a kitchen to a garage, on the other side of the house, with a vertical flue fitted neatly through the roof rather than out of the wall.
The existing system was flushed and a magnetic system filter installed.

Another great week, meeting new customers and some familiar faces. This week's ranged from boiler services, repairs and landlord inspections to converting a coal fire to a gas fire and lots in between.
Some pics of the coal fire conversion below, neatly running the pipework under the floor - it's a good job I'm slim and don't mind small spaces! Really pleased with the outcome, as were the lovely couple I fitted it for.
