Another beautiful period property completed in Old Portsmouth. ☀️

We’re incredibly proud to work on some of the most prestigious homes across Southsea and Old Portsmouth, helping preserve the character and heritage that make these properties so special. 🙏🏻

Projects like this involve a huge amount of preparation to achieve a long-lasting finish, from extensive repairs and detailed preparation to careful protection of surrounding areas and meticulous finishing work throughout.

The sash windows were fully prepared and decorated, alongside the external masonry which was finished using Dulux Weathershield All Weather Protection system to provide a durable, breathable finish built to withstand the coastal weather conditions.

Another beautiful loft conversion completed and fully decorated by The Southsea Decorating Company for ✨

This space was transformed into a bright modern loft room with clean lines, soft neutral tones and a really calming feel throughout.

We fully decorated the loft conversion including:
• Ceilings finished in white using Dulux Trade Vinyl Matt
• Walls finished in Dulux Trade Diamond Matt in Wimborne White
• Feature doors finished in Farrow & Ball Light Blue

The combination of the warm flooring, natural light and soft colour palette really brings the whole space together. We love how crisp the finish came out on this project 👌

A really enjoyable project to be part of from start to finish.

We worked alongside on this one, who carried out the carpentry and the building work including these bespoke hand-built pocket doors.

They’ve made a huge difference to the space, both practically and visually a great bit of craftsmanship.

Once everything was in place, we completed the decorating to bring it all together.

The walls are finished in Dulux Trade polished pebble, adding warmth and depth, while the woodwork is in Farrow & Ball Strong White to keep everything crisp and balanced.

It’s always the best results when good trades come together and the details are done properly.

A great end result and a pleasure to work on 👌🏼

We’ve taken this front and really sharpened it up so it stands out for all the right reasons.

Masonry finished in Dulux Trade Maximum Exposure (Wimborne White & Kittiwake)

Windows fully prepped and coated in the Dulux Trade Weathershield ‘123’ system (flexible undercoat & gloss)

Front door and railings finished in a black satin for that clean contrast

It’s not just about picking nice colours it’s about doing the job properly so it actually lasts and keeps your house looking like this.

A beautifully finished bedroom, designed to feel calm, warm and effortless.

We used Skimming Stone by Farrow & Ball on the walls a soft, timeless neutral that works perfectly with the natural light and original features of the property.
The ceilings are finished in Dulux heritage pure White to keep everything sharp, clean and balanced.

It’s not about bold colours it’s about getting the tones, preparation and finish absolutely right.

Another lovely master bedroom completed in a beautiful home.

We used Paint Library – Stone II across the walls and ceilings, which gives a really soft, warm feel throughout the space.

The natural light in this room works perfectly with the colour, making it feel calm and relaxed exactly what you want from a master bedroom.

As always, a lot of care went into the preparation to get the finish just right.
