Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Assistant / Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office operations. If you are a proactive individual with excellent administrative skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily office tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
Handling job management processes, from initial enquiry to job completion.
Coordinating with electricians and clients to ensure efficient job scheduling.
Maintaining office supplies and handling general office upkeep.
Assisting with invoicing, payroll, and other basic financial tasks.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and via email.

Due to continued success in securing new contracts were looking to add more electricians to our team of tradesmen.
The role is mainly domestic electrical work within a 40 mile radius of Spalding. Consisting of new build site work and working in customers houses on various contracts. Sub contractors and PAYE roles available. Good rates of pay negotiable depending on experience with day rate and price work available.

The ideal candidates will be hard working with good time keeping, good communication skills and eager to learn.
