Another job we have just completed is the lovely 2 bed flat full repaint inside to all rooms including the kitchen and bathrooms
We also removed all the old flooring ready for fresh carpets to be laid throughout
We also painted all interior and exterior windows of the the property to really freshen the place up now ready to go on the market

We’ve also been busy fitting up this lovely kitchen suit including fully tiled splash back, extraction fan intergrated into cupboards and lovely cornice to finish off the wall hung cupboards to make this a lovely functional kitchen area

Here are a few photos from a recent 2 bed house refresh we completed including all walls preped sanded and painted wood work repainted in a lovely satin finish and fresh white on the ceilings to make this house very clean and fresh ready for new tenants to move straight in

Been a busy few weeks here at CG PROPERTY SOLUTIONS here are just a few jobs we have completed since our last post.
Fitting a his and hers sink in the bathroom for this customer. Tiling of the windowsill ,bath and splash back to sink.

We have also completed another job for a returning customer.
This time we have removing the old fence and replacing with new, using wooden posts and panels.
