Patiently waiting!
The cold spring & record number of frosts in April has meant the ground still hasn’t warmed up here yet, normally we would expect to see stems at least 30cm high by now.
At least the nipping back of growth by the late frosts is encouraging lots of basal stems and nearly all the buds are growing.

Ever increasing demand has meant we've increased numbers to the most we've ever grown.
These rootstocks are called Rosa Laxa, which we'll bud this summer & send out from November 2022.
