BLOCK PAVING - Over time, wind and rain, erosion of the sand damages the structure of block paved drives paths and patios leading to sinking and movement. Also plant and tree root growth together with dirt and weed build up can also affect the overall appearance or the surface making it look tired, untidy and unattractive. In addition sometimes the block paving is poorly installed or the edgings
have not been reinforced sufficiently with concrete, leading to crumbling edges and spreading. (Frost can cause this too) All these problems can be rectified without the need to replace the paving. We can clean, add drainage, repair and seal paving to prolong the life of the surface. STANDARD SLAB PAVING AND NATURAL STONE PRODUCTS - During the lifetime of the paving, frost often damages the joints, leading to crumbling and weed build up and dirt accumulates on the slab surface. We can clean, re-point and seal, again prolonging the life of the surface. ASPHALT - There are two options with Asphalt. If the surface is relatively sound, Asphalt paints in various colours can be applied to enhance the look. If the surface has developed holes, dips or the edging is crumbling, providing the sub-base is sound, we can prepare the surface, add edgings if necessary, apply tack coat (Asphalt glue) and lay a brand new wearing course (top coat of between 18 - 30mm) This is essentially a new driveway. GRAVEL/STONE - Gravel and stone driveways can often develop weeds, encounter drainage problems, lose aggregate and have ill defined edgings with plant growth encroaching on the driveway. This attractive surface can be significantly improved with adequate drainage, interesting edgings/kerbs and variety of stone. CONCRETE - Concrete can be repaired, cleaned, painted and waterproofed (to protect it from frost) This will improve it's appearance. Anti slip coating recommended on sloped concrete surfaces. DECKING - Decking can be cleaned, repaired, re-stained and waterproofed. ARTIFICIAL GRASS - Quality artifical grass can be supplied and installed. PONDS AND PERGOLAS - Can be supplied and installed or constructed on site to individual design specifications. PLANTING - We have undertaken the supply and installation of plants and trees for some of our customers and can advise on simple planting schemes. BRICKWORK - Brickwork can be cleaned, repaired and repointed. Waterguard products can be applied. New Brickwork can be undertaken. Anti-slip products can be applied to most surfaces. We are able to match most existing materials to produce repairs and extensions that blend well. New installations and extensions to existing driveways, patios and brickwork can be undertaken.
