Another bathroom completed last week including:
▪️New enlarged shower cubicle (extra 200mm). Shower tray lowered to floor level
▪️New toilet and sink. Sink moved from the other side
▪️New radiator moved from adjacent wall.
▪️New tile effect wallboards replacing old tiles
▪️New laminate floor and skirts
▪️New downlights

Customer very happy and bathroom now looks great👍

Lots of wood including (all treated):
200m decking
60m 100mm X 50mm joists
15 75mm X 75mm posted concreted into ground to keep

All screwed, not nailed, together

Erected 3m x 3m pergola

Customer has now stained the decking and it's looking great👍

A varied week a couple of weeks ago

🔸Replaced 9 metres of laminate worktop with new sink
🔸Fitted some curtain poles
🔸Fitted an awning to a wall with 100mm external insulation and rendering. Had to make some brackets to spread the load

Finishing touches to a new kitchen last week👍

Full refit including:-
All cupboards
Worktops and sink
New sockets
Induction hob and built in oven
Integrated washer/dryer and slimline dishwasher
Bespoke cupboard around gas boiler
All tiling above the worktops and around window
New light fitting

Low ceiling so no space above cupboards but are at the correct height.

Customer very happy 😀

Interesting week this week👍

🔸Finished a shower fit over a bath - removed old tiles fitted new shower head, screen and wallboards

🔸Some acoustic panelling to a living room - TV bracket and dart board!

🔸Hung 5 new doors to an upstairs.

All very happy😀

My customer asked if I could tidy up the utility room and hide the electricals and boiler.

2 tall (900mm) cupboards, 20mm oak worktop, plasterboard and new laminate floor later, job done.👍

Access to everything has been maintained.

My customer really pleased with the result🤝😁
