A large stump had pushed the fence down and was sitting right up against the gravel board, along with several other felled trees needing their stumps removed.

Access wasn’t the easiest either, with not one but two raised areas to navigate with our machinery.

But we overcame it all and left the area clean, tidy and completely stump free, ready for what comes next.

This was an interesting one, a 26” stump in an elevated decked area, creating not only restricted access for the machinery, but also a challenge in deciding which machines could safely and effectively tackle the job.

After a bit of careful planning and adapting our approach, we overcame the challenge and completely removed the stump, leaving the area ready for the decking to be extended over the space.

Before long, the stump will just be a distant memory.

Weathers looks good for the Stafford Riverway Link - A Community Interest Company open weekend, it’s always an event that never disappoints.

Lots of trade boats are parked along the Canal ready for this weekend event.
