Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company operations adhere to ISO and legal standards, internal policies, and industry regulations. Responsibilities
Monitor and review organisational policies to ensure compliance with relevant ISO regulations and laws.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of operational procedures.
Prepare detailed reports on compliance status, findings, and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with various departments to implement compliance programmes and training sessions.
Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, incidents, and corrective actions.
Stay informed about changes in legislation, industry standards, and best practices related to compliance.
Assist in the development and updating of internal policies and procedures to reflect current legal requirements.
Respond promptly to compliance issues or breaches, investigating incidents thoroughly.
Support the organisation during external audits or inspections by regulatory bodies.
Skills
Strong understanding of ISO (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential.
Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly.
Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively under deadlines.
Customer service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
