Patio lift and relay on this one, on first inspection a number of slabs were lose manly to the steps and coping’s.

However this was installed correctly some 13 plus years ago and we most definitely install differently now.
The whole patio was laid on a semi dry weak mix not allowing the slabs to bond correctly and allowing movement also incorrect pointing.
Signs of repairs over the years are that some slabs have had silicon to try sticking them back down!!! Completely wrong

Now we have a solid patio for the client to enjoy laid on a wet 4-1 mix full mortar mix with a primer adhesive to each slab to give long Jevity.
Pointing with ultra scape flow point to complete and give the client the perfect patio back

Good morning everybody here is my most recent porcelain patio that I have completed. This one had its challenges being an older property. There was multiple layers of concrete and some surprises along the way that we put right. The concrete pad was installed for the placement of a garden room. Sleepers installed with steel brackets that have been fabricated, galvanised and powder coated for longevity.
New fencing where the old garage use to stand giving the neighbours their privacy back.
Bringing the whole garden together, making this garden more spacious, fresh and ready for the summer months to come.
