A nice recent modernised main bathroom, these tiles look great together!

A recent modernisation of a main bathroom….

Specification:

Remove bath & replace with a Bette steel enamelled shower tray with antislip. ✅

Remove existing shower system and replace with an Aqualisa pumped shower system with an adjustable hand held shower and ceiling mounted overhead. ✅

Remove fitted furniture and replace with a wall hung Gsi wc and wall hung Gsi vanity unit complimented with Hansgrohe brassware. ✅

Remove coving, re-skim ceiling and decorate white using Zinnser Matt white perma white mould resistant paint. ✅

Remove existing chrome plated steel towel rail that started to show signs of rust on the welds and replace with a polished stainless steel towel rail with a 25 year guarantee for peace of mind. ✅

Fully tile the room with Porcelanosa Indic wall and floor tiles using waterproof flexible grouts and adhesives. ✅

Install IP rated LED downlights set to cool white. ✅

Remove existing noisy extractor fan and replace with a high powered ceiling fan extracting 245m3 per hour keeping the room well ventilated. ✅

A minimalist en-suite recently completed.

Our client decided to choose one of the many Ral coloured shower trays manufactured by Bette.

New GSI lacquered finish Matt Charcoal furniture.

GSI Wall Hung Smart WC.

Hansgrohe Brassware.

Porcelanosa Tiles Throughout…..
