Sutherland way, Stamford.
Removal/reduction of raised bed to widen the driveway entrance.
New path edgings & aco channel installed.
Blocks used were customers own so they would blend into the existing driveway.

New sandstone footpaths connecting the existing patio to the shed’s & garage at the rear of the garden also new bark chip path between the flower beds & fruit trees.
Slabs = Bradstone sunset buff.

Final visit to Morton.
Foul & storm drainage installed & connected.
120m2 sandstone slabs laid, pointed & sealed.
Driveway reinstated & finished with 20mm washed gravel.

New block paved driveway using Marshalls standard blocks (charcoal) laid in a herringbone pattern, concrete path edging all round & 5m of aco drain connected to the property’s existing storm drainage.

1 bed Granny annexe, extension.
In reverse order.
Structural concrete floor, drainage, footings, steel reinforced retaining block wall, 500ton muck shift to level site.

New block paved driveway using Marshalls pennant grey tegular blocks with a charcoal border. Heavy duty B125 Aco drain & a recessed manhole cover.
Split level to the side of house / front entrance / disabled access.

Caithness Rd, Stamford.
Lift, re-screed & re-lay existing block pave driveway, making it wider in the process by installing a new block pave rectangular pattern in the center of the driveway. installed at the same time, a new aco drainage system plumbed into the existing rainwater soak away.
Also installed a new post & rail picket fence.
All works & design to customers specifications.
