Big renovation completed in Sutton this year! Turning the old nursery into a big home ❤️

Quite the project this one, everything needed replacing, every wall back to brick, complete re wire, nothing was salvageable 🤣

Most trades supplied by me, with recommendations for others.

A brief rundown;

5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, all new windows & doors, 240 plasterboards(!), re roof, rendered, lots n lots of flooring!

Great finished project! House is exactly how they wanted it, it will even have aircon throughout!

With thanks to TP Clarkson builders, SAS Electrical, Rob Watson plastering, Yorkshire rendering services, Gavin Ford tiling & Hector Moore for the 16 skips!

Here’s a super funky kitchen I created last year! A customer asked me to get kitchen doors & panels to match a clock she had, my supplier custom painted these doors!

Select surfaces in Keighley fitted some very nice quartz tops, and I fitted a super cool Quooker tap, doing boiling water, sparkling & still filtered, and normal hot & cold all in one tap!

This kitchen finished really well, a refreshing change from the norm. Be bold!
