When Can You Paint Fresh Plaster? 🎨🧱

One of the most common questions we get is: "How long should I wait before painting new plaster?" The answer depends on drying time!

✅ Too Soon: If your plaster has dark patches, it’s still wet—wait! 🚫

✅ Almost Ready: Lightening up but still uneven? Give it more time. ⏳

✅ Ready to Paint: When your plaster is a consistent light pink/beige, it's fully dry and good to go! 🎉

🔥 It’s a MUST to mist coat fresh plaster! A mist coat (diluted emulsion paint) helps the topcoat stick properly and prevents peeling. Skipping this step can ruin your finish!
