Site survey carried out yesterday with HHACK Engineering at this two storey extension at Stenhousemuir.
Works well underway, but still a lot of work to be done on this project. The existing house is being totally upgraded with insulation to the floor, full re-wiring to suit new solar panels and air source heat pump and all new windows and doors by . We cannot wait to see this finished project.

Architectural survey carried out on this property in Linlithgow today.
Our lovely client has recently purchased this property and are looking to do some alterations internally and erect a two storey extension and dormer to the rear elevation. This will create a new Sun Room downstairs, enlarge existing bedrooms and creating a bathroom to first floor level.
We will be working with on this one to create a stunning open plan Kitchen/Dining area.
We cannot wait to make a start on this project.

Another project where we worked alongside Kutchenhaus Falkirk, giving the client a stress free process.

Our project brief was to create an extension to suit an existing dining table and removal of non load bearing wall between existing kitchen and dining room to create an open plan kitchen, dining/family area allowing the family to all be in the one room while making those family dinners.

We introduced Velux windows to the new roof space, a side window at a height to suit the existing side board and a set of french doors to allow access into the garden space. While allowing as much natural light into this new and existing living space.

Today we have submitted a Building Warrant application to remove this existing conservatory with a new Sun Room.
The Client wants as much natural light as possible in their new Sun Room. We have proposed 3m bi-folding doors into the garden with fully glazed gable end and a Velux window to the roof space utilising the solar path.

This week we have been working on this project in Larbert. Client is removing their old Conservatory due to the thermal efficiency of the room.
Their new extension will be full width, creating a new utility space, fully open plan, kitchen, dining and family area. While ensure as much natural light is provided to this space.
They will also be converting their garage to provide a bedroom with en-suite to a Family member.

Architectural survey carried out on this property in Bo’ness this week. The Client is looking to reconfigure this property recently purchased to give them a more open plan Kitchen/living space while including a bathroom and separate Dining Room downstairs.

Work progressing well on this project in Bo’ness. The Client had inherited an extension to the rear of the house with a ceiling height of 2m. They also had a very dull dining room off the extension.
We were tasked with coming up with a new roof design and getting as much natural light from the extension into the dining area and Kitchen.
We designed a new roof to the existing extension to create a coomb ceiling internally, this has opened up the extension and by installing to Velux windows has increased the natural light coming through. We have opened up the Kitchen, Dinibg Room and Extension which treats a great new open plan space and floods lots of natural light into the existing house.

Really looking forward to seeing the finished project and how this will change how the family use this new space!
