AKT is more than just deodorant ….founded by London by West End performers Ed Currie and Andy Coxon. The brand was created after the founders became frustrated with conventional deodorants while performing eight shows a week under hot stage lights. They spent about three years developing their own formula before launching the company.

A soggy Saturday dog walk turned into something rather special today. 🐦❤️

I spotted a tiny fledgling swallow on the ground, soaked through, cold and shivering in the rain. Not knowing how long it had been there, I carefully brought it home to warm up.

After a little time in the warmth, the trembling stopped. Before long, the fluttering started around my kitchen, finding strength again.

So we headed back to where I’d found it. The moment it called out, the most amazing thing happened… his family answered. Within moments they appeared overhead, swooping and calling back.

Thank you to for the advice, birds are truly my favourite and so beautiful and clever.

Watching that little swallow reunited with his family was a reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a world of difference.

A happy ending, a grateful heart, and proof that sometimes the best part of a rainy day is the story you bring home with you. Sunshine today so will go back and have a look to see them swooping. ✨

Our milk comes from Mossgiel Organic Farm, delivered in traditional glass bottles. Our coffee comes from , delivered in reusable tubs. No single-use packaging. No unnecessary waste. Just great coffee, served responsibly.

It’s actually quite simple. The choices we make every day matter. What we consume affects not only our own wellbeing, but the world around us. Small changes, repeated often, create a better future.
