Hello everyone, we have had someone get in contact with us to advise that our business is being linked to a Scammer.

The scammer's name is Ben Harris and he does not work for our business.

This person did work for us over two and half years ago but he scammed our business out of money and still owes £5,000.

Please be aware of this name, Ben Harris he covers from Grangemouth to Edinburgh and as far as I have been made aware he is staying in Edinburgh.

We advise If you have had any dealing with this person and has scammed you, contact the Police.

Hello everyone, if your boiler is not performing as it should be, making noises that you have not heard before, radiators and hot water are feeling luke warm or any leaks coming from boiler or radiators, please do not ignore them as it is only making everything get worse and you don't want to be hit with a hefty bill, expense that no one needs either.

The worse case scenario would be that your boiler has to be deemed unsafe and a new one would have to be installed, more money!

We provide a full Gas Safety Service and this is our Gas Safety check list:
Engineer checks the boiler is getting the correct gas pressure and flow.
Engineer has a Flue Gas Analyser to ensure that the boiler is using the correct mixture of gas, air and that the Flue is not blocked.
Electrical connections are cleaned and must be in good condition.
Fans and other key components are working efficiently.
Checks are done on all seals and making sure they are intact.
Checks done on all electrodes and must be in good condition.
Checks safety devices.
Checks condenser pipes and makes sure traps are not blocked.
Visually inspects water and gas pipe work.
If a magnet is installed in the system this is also removed and cleaned.
