Job we did last week over in Stockport for a repeat customer,The office block was showning plenty of signs of leakages,roof stripped off new osb boards fitted,finished with firestone rubber,then some new aluminium copings to finish off around the perimeter ,

Job completed over in whaley bridge,chimney dropped in the main bedroom ,plus living room to open up create more space in the lounge,chimney was a shared stack so we couldn't drop on the outside,so we had to install some RSJ's in the lofted to carry the stack above,

Structural engineer was needed for this right of works to be completed

Reroof recently completed over in marple bridge,full roof stripped ,200mm lofted insulation fitted while the roof was opened up,
New breathable felt plus new battens,
Slated back in making good,New lead work full repoint and flaunch on the chimney with some new pots and cowls fitted,

Some recent work we have been doing,a job over in Hazel Grove, Roof was leaking in all places,roof was all taken off back down to the original joist,reboarded with 18mm osb boards then coverd with firestone rubber fishing with new lead work plus trims all round.

Lovely job completed last week over in highlane ,roofs been leaking in for a while now ,full roof taken up ,installed new 18mm osb boards then finished with firestone rubber,new leadwork all round plus edging trims etc ,customers over the moon with it,

Ridges beeded and repointed up in Mellor,new chimney pots installed over in New mills,current stack had all been capped off creating damp problems, opened back up, new pots all new cowls fitted plus new cement all round,

Re-roof completed over in highlane,full New Roof plus facias/soffits plus gutter all round ,we had every weather going on this job but we managed to get it all boxed off ,happy customers happy me ,please get in touch for all your Building needs 🤗
