Not the easiest bathroom and separate W/C room to work in but customer over the moon with the transformation. Bath out and walk in shower tray installed with exposed shower valve. Wall hung vanity sink unit fitted. Tissino radiator with summer time heating kit installed. LVT fitted to flooring. Ceramic wall tiles and a border mosaic to the round window. Latest installation all completed. Found a pre-existing leak from the toilet which needed floor to be repaired. New false ceiling installed with panels so need to paint and easily maintained. Bath removed with shower tray fitted wall to wall. Room fully tiled and fitted furniture fitted. LVT to flooring with nice radiator to match. Latest job completed downstairs w/c and Main bathroom upstairs. Both rooms needing new floors and downstairs w/c needing repairs to 2 joist due to leaks and water damage. Big transformation on both rooms with wall taken down in main bathroom to open area up for shower.

Latest installation all finished. Big transformation on the old room. New ceiling and lighting installed. The old airing cupboard removed. All walls taken back to brick and reboarded. Herringbone pattern installed within the bath area and soilder course around the window. Off white ceramic tiles installed to rest of the room. Latest job for a previous customer/friends. Updating downstairs w/c room. Firstly removing Amazon style wall paper yuk. And removing old sanitary products. Wall areas half tiled and border trim and tile topper trim installed. Fitted furniture with solid work tops installed and black Matt mirrored cabinet. Floor tiled with a Laura Ashley style pattern. Black Matt tissino radiator and matting valves installed. Finishing with a couple of glass shelves with LED lights and pics of highland cows his and hers, which do in my opinion look pretty good. Main thing customer loves transformation of room.

This job was carried out whilst client was on a cruise.
Main issue, remove bath and install easy access non slip shower tray with fixed glass and flipper. Multi functional exposed shower valve installed with overhead and hand held outlet. Shower panels fitted as alternative to tiles making it easier to keep area cleaner with no grout discoloration over time. Fitted furniture with sink and w/c installed. LVT fitted to flooring.
