The Company

Operating in the home improvement sector, they operate a successful nationwide business via their online website. A 600+ strong trade customer base is made up of sole traders, glaziers, small to medium-sized double glazing companies and property developers.

The Role
This exciting role will suit a self-motivated person who will be working from the head office forging relationships with customers, suppliers and trade partners daily.

Main Duties:

Provide online quotes and proposals to new and existing customers.
Support the sales process with technical advice and analysis.
Work with the technical and support teams to provide exceptional levels of customer service.
Hitting monthly sales and performance targets, reported to line manager.
Develop the current customer base and introduce new business.
Win and deliver contracts from inception through to completion.
Introduce new product lines to the existing customer base.
To be successful you will need:

Can offer and demonstrate a thorough technical knowledge of their products (full training given).
Ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels.
An understanding and experience of working in the fenestration industry – this is beneficial but not essential including knowledge of current market trends and regulations.
A proven track record in trade sales and account management.
Ability to learn about new product lines and share this with trade accounts.
Experience in an account management role.
The Benefits:

Receive a basic salary of £20,000/£25,000 (subject to experience) per annum, plus uncapped commission with serious potential.

The Role:
This exciting role will suit a self-motivated person who;

Has strong IT/data entry skills that allow them to adapt to ordering various products and error checking thoroughly.
Can offer and demonstrate a thorough technical knowledge of their products (full product training will be given).
Can understand and interpret technical drawings and plans and translate these into an accurate quotation for our clients. (full product training will be given).
Has the ability to manage their own workload and meet deadlines.
Main Duties:

Process orders for clients and ensure the order is placed with the supplier exactly as per the customer’s request.
Speak directly with retail and trade customers regarding any order queries they may have.
Liaise directly with suppliers regarding existing or new quotes/orders.
Ensure all installations are managed efficiently from the point of survey to installation.
Manage all supply orders from start to finish ensuring customers’ are kept up to date with delivery information.
Ideally you have the following skills:

Experience in the home improvement industry (double glazing industry would be advantageous).
A full driving licence.
Competent IT skills.

Beginning at the front of house, you will be dealing with all incoming sales enquiries via phone and email. Full product training will be given, and the role offers an unrivalled opportunity for the right person to progress within the group.

As a Retail Sales Advisor, your main priority will be to make sure that their customers have a great buying experience. You will be at the spearhead of all dealings with the company, enhancing their sales team.

Your key duties and responsibilities will be:

Listen to customers and manage any sales requests they may have showing warmth and genuine interest, clearly understanding their issues and concerns and handling these in a speedy and efficient manner.

Following up all sales enquiries and call back requests in a prompt and efficient manner. You will be working on pre-qualified leads and enquiries, turning interest in their products into orders.
