3 rooms not heating up adequately, single panel radiators replaced with doubles.

Heating on constant traced to faulty zone valve. Replaced actuator to rectify.

F75 error on Vaillant. Blocked pressure sensor, replaced.

No power to boiler, fuses checked. Faulty PCB replaced.

Called to emergency leak, old plastic scale reducer split. Cut out and fitted temporary link to restore water to property.

Leak in boiler during a service traced to leaking automatic air vent, replaced.

Previous ongoing leak corroded pipework under sink. Cut out redundant pipework and replaced the rest. Taps also upgraded to deck mixer.

Boiler swap completed. Alpha ripped out and replaced with ideal logic combi due to solar thermal at property. Fitted with sigma UB filter, scale reducer and shock arrestor. Controls upgraded to neomitis with smart optimisation.

No heating at property traced to a damaged thermostat. Upgraded to wireless neomitis.

Intermittent heating traced to leaking/damaged zone valves

Poor dhw, replaced faulty divertor cartridge.

Faulty bath/shower mixer. Sourced as close match as could and fitted.

New Baxi 836 boiler fitted in loft with Adey pro2 filter, scale reducer, hive controls and a system flush.
