Day 3

Well thanks to Jones and Shuffs who got me a shower tray so quick.
All finished and all ready to use tomorrow and another happy customer, now just got to wait a few months for the neighbours wall to dry out so I can sort that out for them.

Day 2.

Stripped the shower out today and found the source of the leak, cracked shower tray and a very rotten ply floor which will both need to be replaced......

Day one

Received a call to inspect a rental property as the neighbours said there was damp coming through the wall, Photo 1.
Location of the shared bathroom was the other side of that wall, so I removed the shower tray skirt and found a swimming pool under there Photos 2 and 3.
Contacted the owner to get the go ahead to repair this as soon as possible as at this point I was still unsure where the water was coming from.....

Removed a shower and wall panels and replaced with a bath and new panelling.
Not a bad job of repairing the floor aswell if I say so myself.

Renovated a basin and replaced a cracked bath today.

I've posted a lot of pictures today, I'll give you all a rest now till tomorrow, still loads of stock available for Christmas gifts, I'll post more tomorrow and over the next week.
Thanks to the 5 ladies that came today, it was great to see you and have time for a catch up.

Replaced a cracked shower tray today and the wooden platform it was on , due to the wood rotting with damp.

Shower door replaced after the old one got smashed

Couple of days to take out the old, move all the pipework and install this impressive shower cabin. 👍
