Trentham Fencing are hiring: Admin Assistant
Schedule: 2 - 3 Days a Week (Monday - Friday)**
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £11.50 p/h

We are a fencing Contractor based in the Midlands, working both locally & nationwide installing security fencing, swing gates, barriers, all temporary hoardings as well as all types of domestic fencing & mesh systems.

The position is based at our local office in Trentham on a part time basis 2 - 3 Days a Week (Monday - Friday) hours can be negotiated if more required & position may have the option to become full time at a future date.

The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive salary that offers a flexible working policy, holiday pay and pension scheme.

Duties:
- Schedule appointments
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, quotes, reports and other correspondence
- Write and edit documents.
- Maintain filing systems
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Maintain weekly/monthly spreadsheets

Experience:
• Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
• Administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative Duties:
• Scheduling
• Carrying out requests from management as needed
