Hi can you please promote my petition. If we want change we need to work together, MP Mark Garnier had a 30 minute debate in parliament today and this is just the beginning. We need support, we need the signature. Together we can make a change. 🫶💪

There are few options for people to seek redress for poor workmanship by builders and it is too easy for builders to avoid liabilities by liquidating one company and starting another. An increase in people claiming to be competent builders with the only intention to con families out of their money.

This page is formed on behalf of a group who have evidence of paying significantly high amounts to the director of this company who seems to make a habit of taking money without providing services and / or accounts. Building work done was of an extremely inferior standard, with a lot of absenteeism and excuses, and even dangerous in some cases. Building done without building control or planning permission as needed. Live power cables were left bare and gas pipes were cut and left without notifying anyone. God knows what else!

He is currently director of this company, CLEAN N CLEAR GROUP LTD- Company number 13390325, which is registered with Companies House and has an active proposal to be struck off.

He has been a director of other failed companies. Also filed as SIMON CRAIG GOODWIN, director of CLEAN N CLEAR (NATIONWIDE) LTD - Company number 13156832 dissolved 4th April 2023.

Several consumers are currently chasing around £70,000 from Mr. Goodwin for undelivered services and goods from this company, some of whom are taking court proceedings

More creditors are coming forward through social media and in other ways..

The same SIMON GOODWIN was already guilty of a VAT fraud as the director of G3 LEISURE LIMITED - Company number 07975355, link below. All of these companies show SIMON GOODWIN date of birth January 1983 and are just the companies we are aware of him being director.
