A highly recognised qualification within the construction industry. I sat the smsts course (site management safety training scheme) to help me understand more about the welfare of the construction trade.
I passed with a 98% pass rate and now, I'm able to over see all our jobs with a good knowledge of health and safety, as well as it helping me plan, organise and monitor all jobs effectively and efficiently.

Busy couple of weeks at a returning customers house!

Footing ✔️
Sun room new build ✔️
Concreting floor slab ✔️

Next up was the front and side garden! And ✔️

Trees removed.
New man hole installed with existing slipped collar fixed and new pipe work, storm drain and gulleys all connected, sealed and passed 👌
New fence line for retained lawn area
New fence line with gate for privacy to rear garden
Indian stone paving to rear garden for patio area, with steps into the new build
Drive way extended and relayed with 20mm cotswold cream stone
Block paving alterations to allow a hard standing area at the foot of the drive
Security posts installed to secure customers caravan

Both the customer and us are really pleased with the finish, its taken a lot of work in some of the finest British weather! but we got there in the end..
keep an eye out for my prodigy setting up camp on his dinner 🤣

What kind of properties do we invest in?

Here’s the thing…

It’s not about personal preference.

So flats, commercial, 4 bed detached or 2 bed terraced…

Whatever suits the deal.

We get excellent returns from property for our clients, with a straight forward approach.

In the same way we don’t use the same strategy on EVERY deal…

Sometimes we know they’ll be incredible as a Holiday Let, and sometimes a normal Buy To Let suits.

But know this. Whatever the choices made, they’re made with profit in mine for ourselves, and our investors.

This concrete base was dug out and prepared by the lads at Complete Construction Stoke ltd we got the glory of pouring the slab and power floating it off ready for the next stage of the build.
Really looking forward to seeing the finished product of this extension

Time for the superstructure....
We had probably the hottest few days of the year whilst building this! Shade breaks and plenty of drinks from the customer helped us along though.
Priory weathered buff brick and natural mortar gave this sun room its finished look.

Being asked back by a construction company to do more work for them is always nice, as they're trusting you to represent their company! We took this footing off Chris and dave at Complete Construction Stoke ltd to build a sun room for their customer.

we started with the brickwork footing before returning to cavity fill the foundations and back fill the area in preparation to progress onto the superstructure.

What a transformation!
We were asked by a customer if we could help make the garden more enjoyable for her and her daughter for the summer... of course we obliged! They were both delighted with what we managed..

Look at the finish of this beautiful extension and garden we did for Karl at Drayton Mere Properties, from digging up the garden to helping install the roof we had a hand in almost every step. We also installed a new fence line, laid a new lawn and put down the rainbow pattern indian stone paving! A project we are happy to have being a part of and really pleased with the finish.

LPT will also do all the below ground work and pipe work connecting most services or airflow systems in the footings bringing the foundations up to damp course ready for the superstructure.
Sometimes you'll unearth old soak aways or brick pits that will need to be completely removed and taken back to solid dry ground and filled with concrete! This footing used twice as much concrete as it should have done after we found one.
