Wow take a look at this Single storey rear extension we have recently done.

A lot of hard work has gone into this one to make it look extra special
This has created a large 55sqm kitchen/dining room, we had to install a 1.8 tonne steel across the full length of the house with steels coming of the main beam to carry floor joists and walls above. I’m not going lie I had to think extra hard to make sure everything worked out correctly.

We are now cracking on with a double storey extension to the front and a single storey porch area at the side.

All windows will be changed, main house to get rendered. This house will be extra special with materials that have been used.

Single story extension built for a customer a couple of months back, all ready to install the roof.
Sorry it’s been a little quiet on here, we have been busy on a big project (photos once it’s all finished😍)

Returning customers is always nice.

Double garage built from foundations to the finished job for a lovely customer very local to us.

We did a full renovation a couple of years ago on her bungalow and the plan was always to build a double garage.

Got the finish to look exactly like the house with the brick match, tile creasing detail work and roof tiles.

We are busy up until November/December but looking to book work in for next year

Old cottage turned into a top class new home.
Only 2 walls remain on the old cottage, was more work in this than a new build but really enjoyed it. Customers were spot on to work for, can’t wait to see it all landscaped and finished it inside to a quality standard. We are getting booked up but always happy to quote. Thanks Jack

House that we are building coming to an end for some good customers, will be finished next week then we will be back to do stone cills etc.
This was an old cottage before that we have built round and made good, only one original wall left in the place. Can’t wait to see it with the roof finished and scaffold down.

Single storey kitchen extension finished in Blythe bridge. This one took a lot of work but the end result was all worth it. It’s always nice to pop back and see it all finished as the customer got the kitchen fitted themselves.
Foundations to plaster finish and second fix electrics was completed by us.
We always put Warm roof on using fleece back for 20 year guarantee.
Also we extended the patio and put a sleeper retaining wall in.

Landscaping job finished a few weeks ago for very good friends. Completely transformed the garden all work completed within 2 weeks just in time for the good weather. We even enjoyed the first bbq at the weekend. Really pleased with the outcome.

We do all building work from foundations to plastered finished extensions.

Another job we have completed last month for a very good customer Dave and ange who were brilliant with us.

Single storey rear kitchen extension (photos to follow of the inside once flooring is done)
Retaining wall built to hold top tier garden back with steps designed to suit the customer.
All works completed by us to a quality standard as always.
We have added a downstairs toilet, utility room and a spacious new kitchen. Really pleased with the outcome. Thanks Dave and Ange.

Single storey extension taking shape in tean, we started this one just before Christmas.
Retaining wall built first then got the roof all done last week.
Roof lantern and doors next then we can start cracking on internally.
We are getting booked up and have had a lot of enquiries this past couple of weeks so if you want that extension/building alterations done don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Sorry we have been quiet on here lately we have been extremely busy these past 6 months.

Extension completed in caverswall. This was a big job taking down 2 old extensions extending further out then installing a new roof with matching render.

Extension on the go in leek, all roofed in this week ready for the windows to be installed to get cracked on inside. Really nice feature on this one with the gable having all glass for maximum light.

Little porch way done in Forsbrook, final photos to follow next week of this when we have been back and installed a new curved step for the customer.

Also plenty of other little jobs been completed in between.

We have also been on a full bungalow renovation for a few months now with the kitchen and flooring going down next week, all photos of this massive transformation to be uploaded soon👀

We are taking bookings into mid April next year so don’t hesitate to get in touch for any building work needed. We cover all trades to a high quality.
