We are recruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to work on both commercial and private estates. The Grounds Maintenance Operative will be working on a variety of different sites undertaking horticultural and related tasks that will include the following:

Mowing, Strimming, Pruning, Trimming, Hedge Cutting, Weeding, Leaf & Litter Clearance.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, energetic, enthusiastic and has a flexible approach to their working day. A good eye for detail is key as are good communication skills. If you have previous experience related to maintaining grounds and your PA1 or PA6 that is great if not then experience of maintaining gardens and open spaces is key.

In return we will offer:
• A full time permanent position
• A base salary of up to £18,000 (based on experience)
• A pension scheme
• A real opportunity to progress to a higher level within their Landscaping
Maintenance Team

You must have a full UK driving licence for this role.
