Old lath plastering, customer did not want to drop the ceiling so knock it off where would fell, board up where came off, scrim tape on the cracks, used stabilising solution and then reinforced the plaster to the lath from loft with drywall adhesive where needed and skim.

Before and after, ceiling and front of built in units, rest of the room bonded and prepared for skimming.

Loads of cracks in this one, knocked off back to brick, hard wall and plaster.

Artex? No problem, blue grit and skim after blue grit cured.
