Few shockers found this week whilst carrying out works for a developer.

Note the burnt joist and board above a light fitting and a fused connection unit by the loo!!

Suffice to say we left it in tip top condition with a Satisfactory EICR.

Rewire in Bentilee finished today for a lovely family moving into their new home.

House wiring was from 1940s and discovered several melted outlets and junctions. Old installations can be so so dangerous.

The family (and I) can now sleep safe at night knowing they are safe.
