Customer wanted something that they can access and control from their smartphone and control devices remotely via the app.

The old system was completely removed, we installed a new Texecom Ltd Hybrid Ricochet Wireless system throughout, replacing all detection devices. The system is cloud connected, which allows the client to have full control over the system and allows routine automated remote health checks to be carried out on the system to ensure full reliability and trouble free operation
