TERMS AND CONDITIONS. All prices are fixed for a period of 7 days from date of quotation, this could be subject to alter due to price variations. Hours of work will be between 9am and 6pm, if needed to stay later then client will be asked if it is acceptable. Days of work are Monday to Friday inclusive. Schedule of works will be discussed with client before commencement. Some projects may require
a 20% deposit to cover any necessary costs, This will be discussed with client prior to us starting any works and payment of deposit will be required before works commence. If parking permits are required, Client is responsible for providing them. If any parking fines are received by any of our workforce where permits were not provided, The client will be responsible for all parking charges made and will be invoiced for them on a daily basis, which must be paid immediately to avoid extra costs. Rooms must be cleared of any/all personal items before any decoration works can start, with the exception of large furniture, which will be covered. Any rooms needing to be cleared of personal items before works can commence will incur an extra charge of £40. All vehicles must be parked away from any external works, as we will not be held responsible for any damage caused to vehicles parked too close to working areas after notification of commencement of works. If, when upon attendance to start any external works on given start date, Work can not start due to vehicle’s and or obstructions not being moved/cleared as per notification a full days day work rate will be charged per person on top of any quotation price given. Any unforeseen extra works will be notified to and discussed with client before commencing. Any additional work will be charged at an hourly rate of £25 per hour per person for the first 4 hours, after the first 4 hours this will be subject to a full day rate of £175 per person, regardless of time. Unless a quoted price is given for time and materials
Any work not being able to be started due to client’s cancelling/postponing on start date will incur a full days charge of £175 per person allocated to their works, This will be invoiced immediately and payment is expected on receipt of invoice. If possible we will re schedule the works for another date, however there may be a considerable wait time. All payments are expected to be on receipt of invoice, which will be weekly for large works over a certain amount. Under no circumstances do we provide monthly credit/payment options, cheques are also no longer accepted. Payment is expected within 7 days of receipt of invoice, Bank details will be provided or payment can be made in Cash or Card payments are accepted, Cheques are no longer accepted. For large scale works where a payment schedule is in place, any payment not made on receipt of invoice will unfortunately mean that work will stop at whatever stage in the contract and will not continue until paid in full along with a deposit on further weeks work. Any queries should be discussed and resolved before accepting our quotation and any alterations to this will have to be confirmed via email. No verbal understanding will be given or taken.
