*customers send us photographs of what work they need doing rather than us coming out to your home to look. We will then give you an online quotation.

*customers ensure that they have extetnal/outdoor access to their gardens so that our staff don't have to enter people's homes to carry out work.

*customers pay via online bank transfer so that no money needs to be handled.
