He qualified as a tree surgeon at Home Lacy College in Herefordshire in 1992 and worked with tree contractors in the West Midlands until 1994 when he started his own company John Blackwell Professional Tree Surgery. Vacancy for part time contract climber
Arborists Climbers required to work within our established company, we currently have 6 months+ work on our books.
The duties will involve all aspects of tree surgery, duties would involve felling, crown lifting, crown thinning and other general tree maintenance duties.
Normal working hours are 08:30 to 5.00pm two to three days per week as required with occasional weekend work.

All candidates must be able to pass a drugs test.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Minimum qualifications of CS30, CS31, CS38 and CS39
First Aid at Work
3 years minimum climbing / tree surgery experience
Health & Safety knowledge
Own transport is essential due to the current Covid-19 regulations.
