• false ceiling with down lights and Bluetooth speakers

• batten and boarded walls and doors

• built Framework and boarded fireplace

•tiling for the fireplace

• new sockets, lighting, power to the fireplace and Bluetooth speakers

• built-in cupboards either side of the fireplace
With push to open doors

• built-in shelving unit with sliding door cupboard underneath

• skirting boards
