One of my lovely regular customers suffered a water leak in their bathroom.
The request was for me to 'make good' their kitchen ceiling, where the plumber had to access the leak, and in the dining room, where water stains were evident.
The area had been allowed to dry out, before the stains were treated with a bleach spray to address mold, the accees holes were filled and both had stain block applied.
Top coats of paint were applied and both ceilings 'made good' 👍

A freshen up for this dining area and lounge, with a change of colour and blind in the kitchen area. 👍

The request was to repair the existing wooden bed borders, and finish edging the remaining beds on this flower,veg and herb garden.
The client had some brick edging around some, marking the boundary, but wanted to have clearly defined edges with the bark pathways.
This job was completed over a couple of days, both being glorious sunny days, which always makes jobs like this that bit more enjoyable to do😎

Jet-washing, one of those springtime tasks that makes such a difference to enjoying your outside space. 😎
No chemicals were used ,at the request of the client, doing this annually appears to prevent too many lichen issues on the slabs, and does not interfere with the wildlife that visits these 2 spaces👍

When hanging some internal doors I came across this issue. Where 2 hinges needed to go, the wood was bad, and no screw would hold.
The bad wood was cut out, back to 'good' wood, and 2 new sections of woodwork were cut and spliced into the frame.
After 24hrs, I returned and tidied up the frame, and was able to hang the door 👍

I'm often asked 'what is the oddest job you've done?' I can now safely say that it is giving Doug the Dinosaur a pedicure, so he's all ready for the season ahead!😂
He is now ready, along with the rest of the cafe, which has also received its springtime spruce up🌞⛱️🌊
