🔥The customer was complaining the pilot light was not staying on. 🔥They advised that the thermocouple had already been changed. I found out that the injector was blocked and the boiler had not been serviced for a while. Carry out the service and check that the boiler was functioning correctly and safely. 😁

The customer had a faulty toilet that didn't flush correctly🚽🚽. When the toilet was removed I found that it had not been installed correctly and was leaking with a mould creeping up the wall. The same type of toilet could not be installed as the waste pipe was too far forward in the floor. I came up with the idea to install a toilet with a back to wall pan so that the toilet could be installed correctly. 😎 😎

Customer called me as her boiler was no longer being covered by her insurance company and had a leak on the condense trap.🔥🔥 This can be dangerous for the boiler as the condense is acidic and can rust the inside of the boiler. She as able to send me over the details of the boiler so I could quickly obtain the parts needed to get there and replace the damaged part. 🤗
