"Oscar was the Architect for our design and planning application, for the rebuild of a mid terraced house...
He produced a very good design and VR representation of the rebuild, from a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage, to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage...
Spatial Future managed to get the planning consent through, giving us exactly what we wanted, which was no small achievement being in a conservation area.
They also guided us through the tender process introducing us to our chosen builder, who was exceptional throughout the duration of the project."

Sneak peek at some of our current projects 👀
1. Full renovation; This client is having the full works from a single storey side to a rear wraparound extension and a completely new kitchen installed. We are very much looking forward to the end result on this.
2. Extension; This client has a gorgeous house with an even more gorgeous view. We're working on a side double storey extension and rear extension with a stunning apex window. We've got some more footage coming up on this so stay tuned.

Introducing Oscar, our Principal Architect 👋
Oscar is very keen in the creation phase of the project and using his architectural knowledge to meet the needs of the client. Making full use of 3D visualization tools to show the client the real potential of the project.
Some architects talk in only lines and shades, but Oscar believes in ensuring our design language fully utilises modern technology.
Interesting fact... Oscar is a Certified Drone pilot and has introduced a lot of drone photography into the business 🙌

Working together and combining different skill sets plays a huge part in completing a project. Otherwise things would just fall to pieces (and not in a good way like those walls we intentionally knock down) 😅

Spatial Future Ltd is an award winning boutique design practice, located in the historic town of Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire. We have a wealth of experience in residential and commercial architecture. Our varied portfolio ranges from small family home extensions to one off houses and small developments. From extensive renovations on listed buildings, to securing planning permission in conservation areas, as well as large commercial projects.
Our projects range in value from £30,000 to over £2million. As a company, we aim to provide a positive architectural input to a wide client base.

Our work has featured on the BBC TV show DIY SOS, where we worked with well known interior designer Lawrence Llewellyn Bowen. As a company we believe that good architecture should be accessible for all. We therefore work with local charity groups to provide our design services free of charge each year. Recently we redesigned a local community centre in Stratford that had be forced to close.
Our company is professionally recognised and fully insured. We are a registered practice with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, an affiliate member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and an Incorporated member of the Chartered Institute of Building. These memberships recognise and demonstrate our experience, skill and adherence to a high level of professional standards.
