Last day for placing a Stollen Order or come along to the Old Station Strathpeffer and get one today!

We soak the fruit with rum & orange zest & juice. The Marzipan is made from scratch with ground almonds, lemon zest & juice and local eggs. The enriched dough made with organic flour and lashings of butter bringing this festive bread together. It’s all wrapped up and ready for gifting but if you have the will power it will last into January - enjoy 😊

Strathpeffer Sourdough looking great today!

All organic, whole rye sourdough starter with a mix of nutritious seeds and malted grains. Complemented beautifully by our Laura Barnes Tea Towel made with organic cotton.
