🎭✨ It’s that time of year again! ✨🎭

Want to be a part of a magical panto? Think you’ve got what it takes to sing, dance, act, or just have an absolute BLAST on stage?

Come along to our upcoming workshops to find out how you can get involved in this year’s production!

⭐Ages 8 and up are welcome to audition to be part of the chorus (Please note you need to be 8 years old by Sunday 13th December 2026 to audition)

⭐Ages 13+ can audition for main principal role and also chorus

⭐All children under 16, attending both workshops and auditions, must be accompanied by an adult

If you don’t get a principal role but would still love to be involved, you’ll need to attend chorus auditions to be considered for the ensemble. We want everyone to have a chance to shine!

❗As much as we would love to offer and include everyone, due to safety we have limited chorus places available.

Come along to our upcoming workshops to find out how you can get involved in this year’s production of The Enchanted Mix-Up!

🎭 Ages 8+ are welcome to audition for our chorus (please note that spaces are limited).
🌟 Ages 13+ can audition for both principal roles and the chorus.

Please note that all children under 16 attending workshops and auditions must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult aged 18 or over.

If you're unsuccessful in a principal role but would still love to be involved, you'll need to attend the chorus auditions to be considered for our ensemble cast. We want everyone to have the opportunity to shine on stage!

☀️FAMILY FUN DAY!☀️

Unfortunately, we have decided to postpone the dog show due to the hot weather.
☀️🐶

However, please do come along and join us for our Family Fun Day and Car Boot Sale!

There will be burgers, face painting, ice cream, inflatables, and much more, it really will be a fantastic day out for all the family.

We’ll also have plenty of games and activities, so there will be fun for everyone!

✨ CINDERELLA AWARDS ✨

What an amazing evening at the Cinderella Awards, celebrating alongside 28 other panto societies from across Somerset!

We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who played a part in last year’s panto, no matter how big or small. Whether you were sewing costumes, painting the set, chaperoning the children, greeting our audiences, part of the band, or working backstage, we are grateful for every single one of you. What an incredible team!

And thank you to everyone who came along to watch — we wouldn’t be able to do what we love without all of your support.

All our hard work paid off last night when we received the following awards…

A special thank you as well to everyone at Somerset Drama for such a wonderful evening of celebration!

🐶🏅 FUN DOG SHOW – A PAWFECT FAMILY DAY OUT! 🏅🐶

Bring your furry friends along to our Fun Dog Show and enter them into as many categories as you like for the chance to win beautiful rosettes!

Entry is just £2.50 per category, so why not let your pooch show off their talents and personality? 🐾

But that’s not all! We’ll also have plenty of car boot stalls, entertainment, and lots of fun for the whole family, making it a fantastic day out for everyone.
