Thank you all for your patience while we've been working through the rainy weather! 🌧️ We're pleased to say we've finally caught up with our regular visits (just two jobs left to complete this week).

We've also been blown away by the number of messages from people wanting to get their gardens summer ready! 🌱 We believe we've worked through all our messages, but if you've sent a quote request and haven't heard back, please resend it to our inbox and we'll get it bumped to the top of the list for you.

We sincerely apologize to all our customers we weren't able to get to today. Unfortunately, our Ford Transit Jumbo experienced hydraulic clutch failure and we've had to be towed from Hetton to Houghton Car and Commercials for repairs.

We understand how frustrating this is, and we truly appreciate your patience during this unexpected situation. We'll have an update for everyone tomorrow once we know whether we can arrange a hire van to keep services running for the rest of the week.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We'll be back to our usual reliable service as soon as possible. 🙏
