Recently completed pvc single ply cold roof with antracite fascia's and soffit. Vented correctly front and back inbetween every joist to allow the correct airflow to avoid dampness.

Stripped off some shocking epdm & 6 layers of felt underneath that and 2 lots of rotten boards. Jobs complete and now fully watertight in time for the 2 very happy homeowners to enjoy Christmas.
