How’s your FLIP ?

Have you ever mastered it ?

What did you do ?

Here’s a few pointers from a very old flipper and a big cheat on how to master the perfect flip…

Most failures to flip are because you were probably using your whole arm action when it should be a quick, subtle motion.

A flick of the wrist ..

So here is how it should go :

Slide a thin spatula under your pancake, lift it about two inches, and then briskly flick your wrist.

Your pancake should land right where you picked it up.

Okay it’s not the type of flip you see on the tv but it’s a nice clean flip.
