🤩 2 bedrooms now complete 🤩

Some during and after photos of 2 bedrooms just completed.

Full overhaul on these rooms:

A lot of time and effort went into these bedrooms, along with the heat and them being attic rooms 🥵.

Stud walls formed along with timber framed ceilings in both rooms.

All fire line boarded and both rooms completely plastered.

LED lighting track set into the ceilings and dotless LED colour changing strip lights installed along with touch screen light switches.

Both rooms completely re wired, along with a 24way fuse board ready for the rest of the house over the next year or so.

Solid oak door frames made on site, along with machined to order solid oak skirting and architraves, oak internal prefinished doors, massive thank you to Wood Lane Timber for supplying all timber.

Solid oak window cills made by us on site and installed.

Solid oak loft hatches made on site by us from left over oak.

New pvc windows supplied and fitted.

Bedside units made on site and decorated and finished off with solid oak worktops and end panels. With wireless phone charges either side.

Wardrobe formed with colour changing LED lights. Part of this is also a little hideaway for the kids.

Fully decorated including wall paper in 1 room.

We are a company based in Sutton in Ashfield and work around the Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire area. With an increasing work load, We are looking for a qualified joiner/kitchen fitter to join our team.

Duties will include but not be limited to, kitchen installations, 1st & 2nd fix joinery mainly in private domestic properties.

What we are looking for:

Good attention to detail.

Minimum nvq level 2 or equivalent.

Full, clean uk driving license is essential.

At least 6 years experience in joinery/kitchen fitting.

Asbestos awareness, although this would be paid for each year by ourselves so not essential.

knowledge of other trades would be an advantage.

Must be able to work as a team but also Capable of working alone, so this would mean being able to work using own initiative as well as being able to follow health and safety.

Must be a clean and organised worker with good punctuality and the ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Own hand & power tools although we do provide some of the bigger tools and m class dust extractors.

Company van with fuel card for the right applicant.

As we work in domestic properties, a full dbs check will be carried out each year.

Hourly rate negotiable depending on Experience.

Core hours of work on site are 8:00a.m until 4:30p.m Monday-Friday.

oak internal doors completed before Christmas with some black pre finished double doors including frame and architraves.

Old newel posts removed and replace with solid oak along with oak hand and base rails and black round metal spindles.

All supplied and fitted by ourselves & thank you to Wood Lane Timber for supplying quality material yet again.

Another kitchen completed last year.

Howdens kitchens supplied and fitted.

Sub floor self levelled & Lvt herringbone flooring supplied and fitted.

All new electrics inc spot lights and all certificated.

All walls plastered.

Staircase completed just before Christmas for another very happy customer.

Oak twisted newel posts installled along with oak handrail and oak twisted spindles.

Stair string cladded in oak, all cut by us on site.

Oak skirting and architraves.

🤩 🤩 wow what a transformation.

recently completed our largest project to date for another very happy customer in south normanton.

Old conservatory removed along with external walls to back of house and steels installed.

Existing steels in kitchen lifted.

New timber roof fully insulated, tiled along with velux windows.

All downstairs flooring removed, self leveling compound applied and fully tiled with tiles supplied by us from Topps Tiles.

Stud walls built, insulated, boarded and skimmed.

Anthracite bifold door supplied and fitted including new windows.

Gorgeous Howdens chilcomb dusk blue kitchen supplied and fitted along with the stunning quartz tops and appliances.

Fully re wired including new fuse board, wired smoke alarms and heat detectors including certification.

New comb boiler installed.

🤩 🤩 what a transformation for this very happy customer in Mansfield.

Kitchen stripped out, ceilings removed, all old floor tiles taken up & Floors repaired.

Alterations of all old central heating pipes.

New radiators installed.

All new electrics inc 2 new fuse boards, as you’ll see from the photos there’s a massive difference in the quality of workmanship from the existing, to our electricians.

Ceilings boarded and some walls. Then completely plastered.

Underfloor heating supplied and fitted inc some large 1200 x 600mm porcelain floor tiles which the customer supplied for us to lay.

New Howdens (Mansfield) kitchen installed, accompanied by the stunning quartz worktops with grooves routed out on the underside for dot less led lights.

🤩🤩 what a difference this Recently completed kitchen project has made.

This room was stripped back to brick and the customer asked if we could move the door way to the other end of the kitchen to suit the new kitchen plan. Thanks to AWH Brickwork for sorting this for us.

All walls dabbed and skimmed.

New timber framed ceiling installed and boarded.

New internal doors and frames supplied and fitted.

New skirting and architraves supplied and fitted.

New kitchen supplied by us from Howdens.

New radiator pipe work and radiator installed.

Floor levelled and lvt click flooring supplied and fitted.

All gas and electrical works carried out by our fully qualified sub contractors.

Complete kitchen rewire with spot lights, under unit lighting, new outside flood light, and new additional fuse board installed.
