Hi everyone, Lee here from Good2Go Property Services sharing a recent shower enclosure installation.
It was nice to work in a spacious bathroom with a blank canvas to create this shower.
The customer was wonderful, through discussion and advice they ordered quality materials:
Resin shower tray, ply backed marble effect aqua panels, a really smart dual head thermostatic mixer shower with mounting bar and sliding door enclosure, making it all a pleasure to install.
I shared photos throughout the install with the clients to keep them upto date on progress.

The best compliment came when they saw it for themselves saying
"it looked good in the photos, but the photos don't do the completed enclosure justice" leaving me a great 5* google review.

As always, thank you to them and to all my customers, I appreciate the work and the great feedback.

Hi everyone, Lee here from Good2Go Property Services.
I hope you are all well.
Sorry I've not posted for a while, I am very grateful to all my customers for their work and for keeping me really busy, thank you.

This video is a short walk through of another laminate floor laid, floating through and under the door frames along with 2 new glazed doors fitted. I'm pleased to say the wonderful customer loved it.
This is just one of so many jobs completed for her along with outdoor lighting and fascias and more.

Hi everyone, I hope all is well with you.
I thought I'd try something new with a short video walk through of a new laminate floor I have installed recently for a wonderful repeat client.
The old floor was lifted as well as the skirting boards removed in the lounge.
New underlay fitted, then the new medium oak laminate laid.
Joints were half board staggered and in-line for strength and a clean look.
Flooring floated under the door frame into the entrance hall, again for clean continuity.
New skirting fitted in the lounge, with scotia trim fitted in the entrance hall.

Hi everyone, a short post as I've been really busy recently, so a big thank you to all my customers.
I wanted to share a couple of small jobs I've recently attended, just to highlight what some people consider ok to continue using.

The first photo is obvious, the socket has been smashed, with a hole big enough to stick your fingers into. This socket was in use when I got there. With the power off and locked out, a new socket fitted.

The second set of photos show an electric shower. A new shower unit was fitted as the customer said the old one was leaking.
The leak was from the bottom of the heat exchanger which was corroded.

The other 2 photos show someone's previous efforts to stop the leak.
That "mess" around the bottom of the heat exchanger is electrical tape and elastic bands.
Who'd have guessed it...

Hi everyone, how are you coping with this heatwave ? I'm trying my best to stay in the shade.
What do you do when both the main stop taps in the house and in the path outside are totally siezed open?
You fit an easyfit isolator.
This can be fitted to a live waterpipe in under 3 minutes and gives you a new quarter turn isolator.(see photo)
This came about due to the old set of mixer taps (see photo) which are still in use and serviceable. With no access to the underside without cutting the cabinets about and client wanted to keep costs to a minimum . So tap stripped down, new insert fitted. Now working as good as ever.

Ceiling repair. (see photo)
Looking for a leak but no access above, so last resort was to take a section of ceiling out below. So now the issue is resolved, a new section of plasterboard fitted and skimmed.

Hi everyone, I'm pleased to present another shower upgrade completed.
We stripped out all the old shower enclosure which included the glass door, tray, shower unit and tiling.
A few unexpected issues we had to overcome and address. The shower had leaked in the past and the plasterboard behind the tiles was damp. We replaced this along with re-routing the water pipes and waste pipe.
We installed new panelling in "toffee marble", a new resin tray, thermastatic mixer with riser and new shower door.

Hi everyone, I hope as always you are all well.
Just a brief post showing a recent door installation with framing trim bespoke as client wanted a new door fitting on the opposite side of existing frame and door.
I had to use a 711mm wide door and trim out with 12mm wide trim.
Fitted with new hinges, lock and latch keep.
A few issues to overcome with a warp on the existing frame.
