So exciting! The new entrance to the Focus Cafe (a place for people to come together, to be run by the wonderful Allsort’d.org) was opened up this morning!

This customer wanted to brighten and freshen up their hallway, landing, ceiling and porch. 🎨 🖌️
The space we had to work on between stair cases wasn’t very big but we had the tools to ensure we could get the job done. All woodwork was glossed. Happy customers makes us happy workers. 😀

A lot of work went into renovating this tired, dated wetroom. A hidden treasure including blocking up a secret doorway. 🚪 Taking up the flooring and renewing the joists. Renewing the pipe work. Skimmed walls which were then tiled or painted that customer chose and supplied. 🎨 New coving with a suspended ceiling which creates a concealed lighting. 💡
Extractor fan was installed and new spot lights. Replaced all fixings with a modern, stylish sleek hotel like vibe. Underfloor heating for adding luxury when you step out the shower. 🚿
It’s safe to say a lot of hard work paid off and the customer is very happy. 🥳

Ulwell builders were chosen to refurbish the welcome lounge of the Gerry Norris wing of the newly opened focus centre (Well-being centre) in Swanage.
A lot of work went into this project, many hours, conversations, dedication and hard work paid off when we visited their opening day. Very honoured to have worked on this community project..Keep your eyes peeled, photos to follow 👀
