Geranium robertianum 'Celtic White' has already started flowering in my garden.
Looks lovely with its bright green foliage. Luckily it doesn't seed around as badly as the usual Herb Robert. Well, not quite as badly!!!

ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER. Chris Smith of Hampshire emailed me about his seed order last year:
I'd never grown aquilegia before and had a mixed track record of growing things from seed, but I'm delighted to say that your splendid seeds had an excellent germination rate and must have been made of stern stuff, because they survived my clumsy bungling and turned into sturdy little seedlings.

I had planned to plant no more than ten, because we are a little short of space, but in the end I couldn't bear to discard any of the little chaps and planted them all! Despite weather that would have given Noah pause, they seem to have survived the winter and are now enthusiastically embracing the spring with prodigious growth. I did a head count this morning and I have twenty eight of the little beauties shoe-horned into various corners of the garden. I am so looking forward to seeing them flower in due course.

Now I find myself ignoring the obvious (where will you put them?) question in my enthusiasm for growing some more this year.

NEVER GIVE UP ON SEEDS! I sowed these sweet cicely seeds early last year. Very disappointed that none germinated. I've just checked my ungerminated pots of seed from last year... and wow!!!! Must be 100% germination!

White Agastache. This first-year-flowering plant probably took the prize for the bee's favourite plant this year. It has a very long flowering period, as all the white flowers open at differing times along stems totally laden with buds. SEED NOW AVAILABLE.
The nettle-like leaves are strongly scented when crushed, a pleasant minty/aniseedy frangarnce.

Viola cornuta, horned violet. Sorry, it's not your eyes its the focus!
I will be able to offer a few packets of these for the first time this year. And of the white form.
The seed is extraordinarily difficult to harvest. The pods never turn brown, but split open as shown. And rapidly the canoe-shapes containing the seeds shrink and squeeze tighter... ej*******ng the seeds around to new ground. I need to check plants several times a day and usually only get the final few seeds left in the pod.
