R.J. Tracey Carpentry & Building recently completed a full renovation of a run-down ex-rental property, transforming it into a practical and welcoming family home.
The layout was reconfigured to better suit modern family living, including relocating the kitchen to the centre of the home to create a more functional and sociable space. The former kitchen was expertly converted into a useful utility room alongside a second bathroom.
Outside, the underused garden was completely reimagined. We removed a deteriorating garage to open up the space, creating a versatile area for family enjoyment, with the added benefit of secure off-road parking via newly installed double gates.
This project involved a full property refurbishment, turning what was once a slow-moving listing into a home that sold on its very first viewings to first-time buyers.
